- When did you eat it?
- Where did you eat it?
- With whom you had the meal?
- Well in my lifespan, I eat plethora foods like Italian, Chinese, Punjabi and so on.
- But here I would like to tell you about the meal that I consider unusual for me.
- I am talking about the fried brinjals crackers.
- I first time ate this meal in 10th standard. My mom made it for me at home.
- I was looking at the recipe when she was cooking.
- She took medium sized brinjals, wash, pat dry and place on a chopping board.
- Then she cut off the stem.
- And then cut the brinjal into roundels.
- She dipped into some batter and then deep fried as per recipe requirement.
- Well the outcome was quite amazing. It was crispy and semi golden brown in colour and the taste was also awesome.
- I brought that meal in my lunch box. My friends also accompanied me to eat this meal and they all praised my mom's culinary skills.
- So this was the meal I found unusual.
